Top 5 Things to do When You are Bored

 I have been doing researches for some time about the causes and effect of boredom. But I'm going to share with you the top 5 things that actually reduce the risks of getting bored.

                            

  1. LISTEN TO MUSICS: It has been confirmed that musics allow the brain to release some hormones which affects your mood. So it's good to listen to your favorite music when you are bored. It will make you come alive.
  2. TAKE A STROLL: When bored, it is good to take a walk. This way, you will be able to exercise your body and kill boredom by paying attention to things you observe as you take a stroll.
  3. WATCH A MOVIE OR YOUR FAVORITE TV STATION: Watching an interesting movie or your favorite channels is a very good way to kill boredom. It keeps your eyes and brain busy for sometime and also your excitement hormone.
  4. GO VISIT: When bored, you can go and visit your friends, families and love ones. It makes lot of sense sharing some of your time with someone everyday.
  5. STOP THINKING & START DOING: Start doing something that gives you joy and make you happy. There are over a thousand talents on earth and everybody is entitled to one or more.
